just a rambling go... to recapture the groove
Feeling a bit blue
The flame burns higher
No dreams or sadness
Can dowse the blue fire
A bewitching high
Whether knocked down
Or striding glide
Descending
Slowly
Grounds still foreign
Truly glowing
So smooth
Delicate
Aligned with life...
Visions so inticing
Filled with desire
What is it about?
This crystal blue?
Is it how I feel?
Are ones waters so true?
Like rain
Upon an ocean
Pitter patter, ripples flow
Full of delight
Equalibrium sows
Melting my mind
Cool burnung within
Drifting with ease
Careful to write
As I digest
Freeing from fright
An invitation from me

Vulnerable.......
Bout time we made friends
Is this the first
Or , are we just making amens?

Vibe of you

Thoughts of the flame feathered
Senses of delight
So immersed
In a flowering sea
Lavender, vanilla,
Dark Chocolate covered expresso beans
Entrancing my soul
Enhancing dreams
gentle, soft, soothing, true
Savoring nector of it's kind
Surely, a treasure so align
Submerged
As if we be
A feather of your touch
This flame burns deep
Forlorn my lips to bare
The gravity of such
My riveting heart declares
Molten by it's touch
A succulent twist
Rare Vibe illuminates the air
Gently stirring
Thoughts once abandoned
Now burning strong
the Blue flames raging
Hearts long lost songs.

Blue is both a color and a state of mind. It is also both fire and ice as your poem clearly suggests. Nice juxtaposition of images and atmospheres that are anchored on the same thing. :D

oops.. what you see? lol ~ yeah, I think a blue flame may seem cold to some, yet to me it is hotter than red.. the hottest actually... vanilla and lavender are my fave sents.. they are what I wear.. dark chocolate expresso beans are divine and mixed with all the rest would be what I'd call a "blue rush" Thanks, blaise! :)

I love the use of many kinds of rhyming here. The spacing and length of line quickens the reader down the page, very effective, especially with such heavy matter.
Thank you.. happy you enjoyed.. yeah, I'm more free form of how things unravel, typically.. and yes I do like to pack things into fewer words as to leave space for imaginations to linger..:)
